How Can We Help?

Before Your Visit

  • Treatment Questions: If you have questions about IVF, ICSI, egg freezing, PGT, or any fertility treatment we offer, please reach out. Our medical coordination team can provide general information and guide you toward a consultation with Dr. Ali İhsan Gönenç.
  • Appointment Scheduling: To book an initial consultation — either online or in person — contact our patient coordinator directly.
  • Medical Records: If you would like our team to review your previous medical reports before scheduling, you can send them securely via email or WhatsApp.
  • Travel & Accommodation: We can assist international patients with guidance on travel planning, nearby accommodation, and transportation to Medical Park Bahçelievler Hospital.

During Your Treatment

  • On-Site Support: Our multilingual patient coordinators are available at the hospital to assist with translation, scheduling, and any questions during your treatment cycle.
  • Medical Inquiries: All medical questions during active treatment should be directed to the clinic team through your patient coordinator.

After Your Return Home

  • Follow-Up Consultations: Remote follow-up appointments are available via video call. Contact us to schedule.
  • Medical Reports: If you need copies of your treatment records or medical reports, please email our clinic.
  • Ongoing Questions: We remain available for questions after your return. There is no time limit on post-treatment support.
